The company began in May 2010, as Steven Seling dba Monument Financial, NMLS 369472, until 2019 when the company changed structure to Monument Financial, Inc. NMLS 1993790.
Our mission is to serve our customers with honesty, integrity and competence. Our goal is to provide home loans to our clients that "make sense" by providing them with the competitive and attractive interest rates and closing costs available. Furthermore, we pledge to help borrowers overcome roadblocks that can arise while securing a loan.
As a Broker, we have access to an extensive variety of loan products and interest rates from a network of more than 50 lenders and investors. Using industry tools we can shop rates for our clients across these lenders. And we also, perhaps more importantly, benefit from varying guidelines between lenders, because when one bank says "no" we are able to send the loan to other lenders to who may say "yes" for that client.
